Razor Clams live in the sand so they are caught by pouring salt on top of their burrow in order to bring them to the surface. Razor Clams have a brittle shell similar to that of mussels so they need to be handled carefully. The meat of a Razor Clam is chewy at the wider part, while the narrower top of the flesh is lighter and more delicate. Our Razor Clams are farmed and come in a kilo bag.
