Directions

• Prepare 12l hot water into the pot, make the water boiling, put 1 kg grass jelly powder and 1kg sugar into the pot and well mix it. Turn to middle fire to boiling, then turn off the fire and scoop up the foam. Put it into the container and wait till cooling, then put into the freezer.
