A flavoursome sauce made from fermented soya beans, garlic, koji, chilli and spices. A Cantonese speciality, widely used in Chinese cooking. Popular in marinades, seafood and chicken dishes, dipping sauces, and served with Peking Duck. Each case contains 12 x 482g sauce tins.
